Both my wife and I are counselors; you can ask any psychologist that the minds of these children are fertile soil for a brainwashing that could turn them on their own parents, as was done with Hitler's youth.
Please think about this, would you want your rebellious child handed a gun. It is a different matter to train someone in a military school that people have chosen to enroll in and will be in a controlled environment for four years in that military setting, than for our youth to be persuaded, by our own government, to be on our streets controlling you and me.

In Romans 13:1,2 what was the Apostle Paul really saying? You have to ask, "Who was the Apostle Paul writing to at Rome?" The answer is found at Romans 1:7, Paul was writing to all those in Rome who are "beloved of God, called to be saints." He was not writing to the general population at Rome. He was specifically addressing the "called out ones," the Body of Christ.
If the Apostle Paul was advocating obedience to secular authorities, then Caesar would have had no cause against him. Why would Caesar have beheaded Paul if he was promoting obedience to Rome.
